Description of Villa Geronimo
Villa Geronimo is an extremely comfortable and modern place for vacation all year round, suitable for larger groups, couples, and families alike. The total capacity of the house, with an area of 500 sq.m., is 23 places, distributed in 7 rooms for two, three, or four people. Both full-house rental and individual room rental options are available.
All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and stylish furnishings. Four of them feature a balcony or terrace with mountain views. High-speed and free WiFi is provided throughout the entire villa, and each room is equipped with a smart TV with cable channels.
A spacious dining area with a fully equipped modern kitchen is available, as well as an outdoor garden area with a barbecue and gazebo.
The price for renting the whole guest house for one night is 1199 BGN in the active season (01.12.-30.04) and 999 BGN out of season.

Dining room with 25-30 seats and adjoining kitchen are available for your unlimited use.
The place is suitable for organizing parties. A draft beer machine can be used by guests upon prior request and for an additional fee.
You can prepare your own meals in the modern kitchen, which has a fridge, built-in oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. Complimentary tea and coffee are available.
Villa Geronimo also offers an outdoor barbecue/fireplace and gazebo with tables and 20 seats, where you can dine and spend time outdoors.
In the dining room, there is also a library with books and board games, as well as a large smart TV (55 inches/140 cm) with cable channels.
Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used by guests at no extra charge. Appliances are located in the common areas on floor -1 and are available for self use upon request.
Spa center
Jacuzzi, sauna, steam and salt baths are available for unlimited use and upon prior request for preparation of the premises by the staff.
The jacuzzi is outdoor, usable year-round, and located right in front of the house, with easy access from the main entrance.
The sauna, steam and salt baths are located in a common, modern, and cozy area with showers on floor -1.

- Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the rooms and indoor areas of Villa Geronimo.
Loud noise is not allowed between 23:00 and 10:00.
