1. Reservations

1.1 You can make a reservation at the guest house "Villa Geronimo" through one of the following methods:

1.2. After receiving and processing your request, you will receive a reservation confirmation at the email address you provided. The confirmation will include the reservation number and date, the main guest's (client's) name, phone number, and email for contact, the number of guests, the number and type of reserved rooms, or the entire house, the amount due, what is included in the price, and the payment terms and deadlines.

1.3. In order to confirm your reservation, Villa Geronimo requires a deposit of 50 (fifty) % of the total reservation amount (unless another amount has been agreed upon between the parties as a deposit). The deposit amount for the reservation must be paid within 3 (three) calendar days after receiving the confirmation from "Villa Geronimo." The remaining amount of the total reservation is payable on the day of check-in.

1.4. Your reservation is considered final and valid upon completion of the specified payment for the particular reservation request.

1.5. In case of non-payment within the specified period, Villa Geronimo reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

2. Payment Options:

2.1. The remaining balance of the due amount must be paid no later than 14 days before the check-in date. You can pay the full accommodation amount in advance via bank transfer, made no later than 7 days before the check-in date. In this case, the requirement under point 1.3 remains in effect, requiring a deposit payment of 50 (fifty) % of the total reservation amount (unless a different deposit amount is agreed upon between the parties) within 3 (three) calendar days of receiving the reservation confirmation.

2.2. Exceptionally, and in case of inability to pay for the requested services according to the procedure outlined in section 2.1. of these general terms and conditions, cash payment on-site is accepted.

2.3. For deposit guarantees on reservations and payment of the accommodation amount via bank transfer, the transfer is made to the following bank account:

3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of a reservation made by you can be done in the following way:

3.2. If the client cancels their reservation up to 21 (twenty-one) days before the check-in date, the client will not incur a penalty and will receive a full refund of the deposit previously paid as a reservation guarantee.

3.3. If the client cancels their reservation less than 21 days before the check-in date, or in the event of a no-show on the check-in day, the deposit amounting to 50 (fifty) % of the total reservation amount will not be refunded.

Guesthouse Villa Geronimo reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure circumstances and other reasons beyond the host's control. In these cases, the guesthouse:

- Offers the client accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.

- Refunds the deposit paid by the client within a 10-day period from the date of receiving a written request for it from the tourist, without imposing any penalties on the client.

4. Accommodation Terms and Conditions:

4.1. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:30.

Check-in at Villa Geronimo is carried out upon presentation of personal identification documents verifying the client's identity. The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and regulatory acts governing information protection, and are processed only in connection with the fulfillment of the requirements established by the Tourism Act. This information will be used solely for the purpose of your reservation and will not be provided for other purposes.

Check-out at Villa Geronimo is no later than 11:00 a.m. on the last day of the client's reserved stay. In case of late check-out, an additional fee of 10 BGN per hour will be charged for each delayed hour unless otherwise agreed with a representative of Villa Geronimo.

4.3. Pets are NOT allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and enclosed common areas of Villa Geronimo.

In the event that the client violates this rule of "Villa Geronimo," the compensation due for damages amounts to 500.00 (five hundred) BGN, which will be deducted from the pre-blocked amount of the "Damage" deposit. "Villa Geronimo" will immediately cancel the client's reservation and retain the full amount of the reservation fee.

4.5. The client is responsible for preserving the material property provided by "Villa Geronimo" for use and must pay a damage deposit of 500 (five hundred) BGN as a guarantee to cover any potential damages caused by the client during their stay. "Villa Geronimo" will unblock the aforementioned amount within 48 hours of the guesthouse's departure. In case of identified losses or damages to the material property of "Villa Geronimo" (items, appliances, and equipment owned by "Villa Geronimo"), as well as to the overall property area, "Villa Geronimo" reserves the right to retain the full amount of the blocked "Damage" deposit. Additionally, they reserve the right to pursue legal claims for full compensation for damages if their value exceeds the "Damage" deposit amount.

During their stay at Villa Geronimo, each guest undertakes to maintain cleanliness and order in the premises, as well as not to disturb the peace of other guests.

5. Prices

The prices for overnight stays at Villa Geronimo are determined according to the current price list published on the Villa Geronimo website, with the host reserving the right to unilaterally change these prices. The specific price for each received reservation request is determined by Villa Geronimo upon confirmation in accordance with point 1.3 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Villa Geronimo reserves the right to set prices different from those advertised in the price list for official holidays and for other periods explicitly defined by the host.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties:

6.1. Guesthouse Villa Geronimo undertakes the obligation to provide the client with the requested and paid services in full.

6.2. Guesthouse Villa Geronimo undertakes not to change the price of the services paid by the client, except in exceptional cases when it is economically justified.

6.3. Guesthouse Villa Geronimo is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items from the rooms, common areas, or relaxation area of the property, as well as for damages caused by third parties.

6.4. When a client makes a reservation, they enter into contractual relations with Guesthouse Villa Geronimo and accept the general terms and conditions of Villa Geronimo. Clients using the services of Guesthouse Villa Geronimo must be of legal age according to Bulgarian legislation (18 years old). Children are only admitted if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives.

6.5. All prices advertised on the website of Guesthouse Villa Geronimo as well as the electronic correspondence sent to the client are in Bulgarian Lev and include VAT and tourist tax.

6.6. The client is responsible for adhering to commonly accepted norms of conduct during their stay at Villa Geronimo. Any expenses incurred for damages to Villa Geronimo are the responsibility of the client.

6.7. Clients are required to supervise their children while on the premises of Villa Geronimo. The staff of Villa Geronimo is not responsible for unsupervised individuals under the age of 18.

6.8. It is not permitted to remove property from the premises of Villa Geronimo (towels, blankets, sheets, pillows, and other belongings) and use them for purposes other than intended. Friends and guests may be received in the common areas of the tourist facility.

6.9. To comply with hygiene requirements in accordance with the regulations of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency, it is not permitted to bring and store perishable food products in the rooms of the tourist property. Exceptions are allowed for dietary and diabetic products, with the explicit consent of the Manager. Cooking food in the rooms of "Villa Geronimo" and the use of kitchen and electric heating appliances are not permitted.

6.10. In accordance with Bulgarian legislation, "Villa Geronimo" maintains a no-smoking policy in all indoor areas of the property. Designated smoking areas are provided within the outdoor spaces of "Villa Geronimo."

6.11. The guesthouse "Villa Geronimo" is equipped with a video surveillance system that covers public areas.

6.12. The guesthouse "Villa Geronimo" reserves the right to modify the information on this page and the terms and conditions at any time, while striving to provide clients with up-to-date and as accurate information as possible at all times.

6.13. All disputes and legal matters not addressed by these Terms and Conditions and arising in connection with the use of the website http://www.villageronimo.bg/the mandatory legal provisions of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.

6.14. These Terms and Conditions have been adopted by the guesthouse "Villa Geronimo" and must be published on the property's website. Upon request, they shall be made available to guests and visitors of the tourist property.
