1. Reservations

1.1 You can make a reservation at the guest house "Villa Geronimo" through one of the following methods:

1.2. After receiving and processing your request, you will receive a reservation confirmation at the email address you provided. The confirmation will include the reservation number and date, the main guest's (client's) name, phone number, and email for contact, the number of guests, the number and type of reserved rooms, or the entire house, the amount due, what is included in the price, and the payment terms and deadlines.

1.3. In order to confirm your reservation, Villa Geronimo requires a deposit of 50 (fifty) % of the total reservation amount (unless another amount has been agreed upon between the parties as a deposit). The deposit amount for the reservation must be paid within 3 (three) calendar days after receiving the confirmation from "Villa Geronimo." The remaining amount of the total reservation is payable on the day of check-in.

1.4. Your reservation is considered final and valid upon completion of the specified payment for the particular reservation request.

1.5. In case of non-payment within the specified period, Villa Geronimo reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

2. Payment Options:

2.1. The remaining amount of the total due is payable upon check-in at the guest house via credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard). You can also pay the entire amount for accommodation in advance by bank transfer, made no later than the check-in date. In this case, the requirement under point 1.3 to pay a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount (unless otherwise agreed between the parties) within 3 (three) calendar days after receiving the reservation confirmation remains valid.

2.2. Exceptionally, and in case of inability to pay for the requested services according to the procedure outlined in section 2.1. of these general terms and conditions, cash payment on-site is accepted.

2.3. For deposit guarantees on reservations and payment of the accommodation amount via bank transfer, the transfer is made to the following bank account:

3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of a reservation made by you can be done in the following way:

3.2. Ако клиентът анулира резервацията си до 21 (двадесет и един) дни преди датата на настаняване, клиентът не дължи неустойка, и ще получи обратно пълния размер на депозита, предварително заплатен като гаранция за резервацията.

3.3. Ако клиентът анулира резервацията си в рамките на по-малко от 21 дни преди датата на настаняване, или в случай на неявяване в деня на настаняването, депозитът в размер на 50 (петдесет) % от общата сума по резервацията, няма да бъде възстановен.

Guesthouse Villa Geronimo reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure circumstances and other reasons beyond the host's control. In these cases, the guesthouse:

- Offers the client accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.

- Refunds the deposit paid by the client within a 10-day period from the date of receiving a written request for it from the tourist, without imposing any penalties on the client.

4. Accommodation Terms and Conditions:

4.1. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:30.

Check-in at Villa Geronimo is carried out upon presentation of personal identification documents verifying the client's identity. The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and regulatory acts governing information protection, and are processed only in connection with the fulfillment of the requirements established by the Tourism Act. This information will be used solely for the purpose of your reservation and will not be provided for other purposes.

Check-out at Villa Geronimo is no later than 11:00 a.m. on the last day of the client's reserved stay. In case of late check-out, an additional fee of 10 BGN per hour will be charged for each delayed hour unless otherwise agreed with a representative of Villa Geronimo.

4.3. Pets are NOT allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and enclosed common areas of Villa Geronimo.

В случай, че клиентът наруши това правило на „Вила Джеронимо“, дължимата компенсация за нанесени щети е в размер на 300.00 (триста) лева, които ще бъдат приспаднати от предварително блокираната сума от банковата карта, предоставена от клиента, като гаранция. В случай на констатирано повторно нарушение, „Вила Джеронимо“ ще анулира незабавно резервацията на клиента и ще задържи пълния размер на сумата по резервацията.

The client is responsible for preserving the property provided for use by Villa Geronimo, and as a guarantee, agrees for Villa Geronimo to block an amount of 500 (five hundred) Bulgarian lev from the credit card provided by the client upon check-in as a guarantee for covering any damages caused by the client during their stay. "Villa Geronimo" will unblock the specified amount within 24 hours of the guest's departure from the guest house. In case of identified losses and damages to the property of Villa Geronimo (items, appliances, and tools owned by Villa Geronimo), as well as to the entire territory of the property, Villa Geronimo reserves the right to retain the full amount of the blocked "Damage" sum from the provided credit card of the client, and to pursue through legal means a claim for full compensation for suffered damages if the amount exceeds the deposit sum "Damage".

During their stay at Villa Geronimo, each guest undertakes to maintain cleanliness and order in the premises, as well as not to disturb the peace of other guests.

5. Prices

The prices for overnight stays at Villa Geronimo are determined according to the current price list published on the Villa Geronimo website, with the host reserving the right to unilaterally change these prices. The specific price for each received reservation request is determined by Villa Geronimo upon confirmation in accordance with point 1.3 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Villa Geronimo reserves the right to set prices different from those advertised in the price list for official holidays and for other periods explicitly defined by the host.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties:

6.1. Guesthouse Villa Geronimo undertakes the obligation to provide the client with the requested and paid services in full.

6.2. Guesthouse Villa Geronimo undertakes not to change the price of the services paid by the client, except in exceptional cases when it is economically justified.

6.3. Guesthouse Villa Geronimo is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items from the rooms, common areas, or relaxation area of the property, as well as for damages caused by third parties.

6.4. When a client makes a reservation, they enter into contractual relations with Guesthouse Villa Geronimo and accept the general terms and conditions of Villa Geronimo. Clients using the services of Guesthouse Villa Geronimo must be of legal age according to Bulgarian legislation (18 years old). Children are only admitted if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives.

6.5. All prices advertised on the website of Guesthouse Villa Geronimo as well as the electronic correspondence sent to the client are in Bulgarian Lev and include VAT and tourist tax.

6.6. The client is responsible for adhering to commonly accepted norms of conduct during their stay at Villa Geronimo. Any expenses incurred for damages to Villa Geronimo are the responsibility of the client.

6.7. Clients are required to supervise their children while on the premises of Villa Geronimo. The staff of Villa Geronimo is not responsible for unsupervised individuals under the age of 18.

6.8. It is not permitted to remove property from the premises of Villa Geronimo (towels, blankets, sheets, pillows, and other belongings) and use them for purposes other than intended. Friends and guests may be received in the common areas of the tourist facility.

6.9. Breakfast for guests at Villa Geronimo is served between 8:00 and 10:00 and is offered in the dining area of the property.

6.10. In order to comply with hygiene requirements, as per the regulations of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency, the introduction and storage of perishable food products in the rooms of the tourist facility are not allowed. Exceptions are permitted for dietary and diabetic products with the explicit consent of the Manager. Cooking food in the rooms of Villa Geronimo is not allowed, nor is the use of household and electric heating appliances.

6.11. In accordance with Bulgarian legislation, Villa Geronimo adheres to a policy of no smoking in all indoor areas of the property. Designated smoking areas are allocated within the outdoor areas of Villa Geronimo.

6.12. Villa Geronimo is equipped with a video surveillance system covering public areas.

6.13. Villa Geronimo reserves the right to change the information on this page and the general terms and conditions at any time, making every effort to provide customers with up-to-date and accurate information.

6.14. In case of any disputes and legal issues not covered by the present General Terms and Conditions and arising from the use of the website http://www.villageronimo.bg/the mandatory legal provisions of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.

The present General Terms and Conditions have been adopted by the guest house Villa Geronimo and should be published on the property's website, and provided to guests and visitors of the tourist facility upon request.
